Call for Exhibitors
POF2021 Exhibition will be taking place during November 22nd-24th in the same period as the POF2021 conference. We welcome you to participate as an exhibitor as well as attending the conference. Take this opportunity to present your technologies and products and appeal to the POF2021 attendees. Here is the information how to participate in the POF2021 Exhibition.
Location
Yangtze Delta area, China (exact location to be announced later).
Exhibition Fee
30,000 RMB / booth (Tax included)
How to participate
Please fill out an application form (Excel) which you can download from below and send it to Org-committee@pof2021.org.. Please state “POF2021 exhibition application” in the subject of the e-mail.
Deadline：October 20, 2021.
Exhibition will be located at the same floor as the Conference Hall.
Standard Booth Dimension and Diagram
POF2021 standard booth usually is made of aluminum alloy base material, standard dimension will be 3 X 3 meters. If you need other sizes( e.g., 3 X 6), please notify Organizing committee for approval.
Standard Booth is depicted below：
- 3m×3m Standard booth will be measured 3 X 3 m；
- The mid-up portion of the Booth will have a facial board, displaying English/Chinese name of the Exhibitor and No of Booth; height of board is 20cm.
- Booth frame will be made of aluminum alloy, panel walls on three sides, blue carpet (maybe other colors as decided by organizing committee), 2 spot lights.
- Every booth is equipped with a display table for samples; a table for interviewing visitors, two chairs and a electric socket of 220V/50Hz/500W rating. If you need other non-standard items such as 110V outlet, 55-inch TV panel display, please submit application to the organizing committee no later than Oct. 20, 2021, to Org-committee@pof2021.org.
